Seeds should be directly sown into moist soil that has a PH between 6.5-7. Keep rows 12” apart and plants 3” apart. Water them often and make sure no weeds grow in the soil, as this may disrupt growth. After around 55 days, the beetroots are ready for harvest and can be removed from the ground, but the leaves are often ready sooner than this.
